Casey Kurth
Mr. Kurth was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1987. He received his Juris Doctor degree from University of Tulsa in 1987 where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility. Mr. Kurth received his undergraduate degree in 1984 from Wabash College where he received a Varsity Letter in football. Mr. Kurth has been recognized in America’s Best Lawyers from 1991 to the present and was named in Phoenix Magazine’s Top Lawyers and has an AV/Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Kurth practiced law with the firm of Schiffman, Hozier & Kurth, P.C. from 1987 to 1993 and then formed Kurth & Kurth P.C. where he practiced from 1993 to 1997. In 1997, Mr. Kurth joined the law firm of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli.
In 2003, Mr. Kurth joined the law firm of Jardine, Baker Hickman & Houston as a partner. He practices in the areas of workers’ compensation representing employers, insurance carriers and self-insured employers before the Industrial Commission, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the State of Arizona. The State Bar of Arizona certified him as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation in 1994. Mr. Kurth is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar.
